Meet The Team
Amy Egashira
Amy Egashira is a Park Slope-based personal trainer with a unique journey from creative marketing to fitness. After a 15-year career at HBO, she decided to pivot towards a passion for health and strength, inspired by her own quest to get stronger after having two children. Amy earned her NASM certification, blending her love for fitness with her professional background.
Married with two pre-teen sons, Cole and Max, and a yellow lab named Hiro, Amy finds joy in cooking with her family, competitive obstacle course and hybrid fitness racing, exploring the outdoors on long hikes with her dog, and indulging in her favorite TV comedies like The Office, Parks and Recreation, and Schitt’s Creek
Gabriel Dumont-Roldan
Gabe is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer from Park Slope. Gabe studied biology at UAlbany, where he began strength training recreationally with some friends. He then went on to work as an exercise technician at a physical therapy clinic. His time there taught him about the health benefits of exercise, and he was inspired to acquire his CPT in order to help people meet their fitness goals efficiently and safely.
In his free time, he enjoys taking long walks with his dog, Ferrous, talking about animals (birds, snakes, and lizards are some of his faves), and finding new places to eat
Johnny Zacarias
From working at Spear Physical Therapy to years of personal training, he’s all about making sure you’re moving well, feeling strong, and staying safe born and raised in Brooklyn when hes not training he’s spending some family time with his 5 other siblings or finding new places to eat!
Morgan Williams
Morgan is a Baltimore-born, Old Bay enthusiast and a current Brooklyn resident. An athlete and an actor, she first found her love for the stage and athleticism doing dance. (The Nutcracker is still her favorite ballet). 🩰
While she doesn’t formally dance anymore, clear the floor if any ol’ school Usher song comes on. She will break it down. If she’s not moving to 90s/early 2000s R&B, she’s either running or strength training to keep active. And she hopes she can spread her love of movement and fitness at LFS!
