Cancellation

If you need to cancel a session you can do it in the TeamUp app, please give us at least 6 hours’ notice otherwise, we’ll need to count the session. This helps keep the schedule open for others and helps us stay organized.

Booking Sessions

Members are encouraged to book into recurring time slots to help build consistency, you can also switch those times if something comes up! If you need to move 3 or more sessions in a month we may ask you to book as you go or find a slot that works better for you. If you would like to change or start a reservation submit this form.

You can also book as you go with the TeamUp app. Sessions open on a 21-day rolling basis and you can book up to 10 mins before the session starts. You’ll receive and email 2 hours and 24 hours before each session. If you’re on a waitlist:

  • If a spot opens more than 24 hours out, you’ll be automatically added.
  • If it’s less than 24 hours, you’ll have 2 hours to confirm your spot.

Billing & Session Use

Members are billed every Monday for 5/9/13 sessions each calendar month depending on your membership. You can use your sessions whenever you want throughout the month. All sessions need to be used within the calendar month. You can roll over up to 2 unused sessions into the next month, just make sure to use them before that month ends or they’ll expire. Submit this form if you need to rollover any sessions by the last day of the month.

Pausing memberships

We can pause your membership for 2-4 weeks Just submit this form by Thursday for the following week if you want to pause your membership for the following week. We require a set end date for all pauses.

Other Good-To-Knows

  • There is parking behind the studio, there is also an overflow lot behind us at 2171 Jericho Turnpike that can be used on weekends with entrance to our rear parking lot.
  • Sessions are 50 minutes
    • If you’re running late we may need to shorten or adjust your workout.
  • Need to move your session within 6 hours? Just shoot us a text! (If you try to reschedule in the app, it’ll count as a late cancellation.) 
    • We’ll do our best, but can’t guarantee the switch.
  • If you want to break our hearts and cancel, just email us by Thursday for the following week 💔 
    • For anything else regarding billing (holds or change in membership) we just ask that you submit the necessary form on our member dashboard by Thursday for the following week
