You get all the benefits of personal training; personalized program, one on one attention from your coach at a fraction of the price of one-on-one personal training in a group setting.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Get away from the crowded gyms and enjoy complete privacy. 

At LFS you’ll get a customized program specifically for you, the undivided attention from your coach, and the accountability you need on your fitness journey.

Nutrition Coaching

Includes a customized exercise and nutrition plan, weekly check ins and 24/5 access to your Dietitian. Breeanna is here to help ya find a healthy and sustainable relationship with food that will LAST for the long haul. 

No crash diets and short-term fixes here.
