I’ve been training at Lapine Fitness Studio since November 2022 and it’s been transformative for me. I’ve never been able to get a consistent fitness routine going for myself, and I was looking for someone that could really partner with and coach me on it. A friend recommended Paul and he’s been absolutely fantastic. I can’t believe how much progress I’ve made already, and I’m totally surprised by how much I look forward to each session! He and his training staff are really responsive and give a very personalized experience. I’m looking forward to many more workouts with them!

I have been working out with LFS for about 2 months now, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my adult life. The universal praise for Lapine Fitness is well earned. Paul, Jos and Emilio are all fantastic and the training truly feels bespoke. The best option I have found in my area (Park Slope) but worth coming out for if you can make it a part of your regular practice. They care about their clients and their development and know their stuff.

Seriously, Paul is awesome! Gym is super clean & private. I have a complicated health history, with a ton of old injuries all over my body. Paul has beautifully programmed things in to support those recoveries with the rest of our training, and I consistently leave feeling both physically and mentally better than how I walked in. His willingness to thoroughly answer every ridiculous question I’ve thrown at him makes me feel completely safe & comfortable that I’m in the best possible hands.
As a very overweight 30-something year old, I wasn’t sure what to expect coming in. After a month, I now know that I can expect an hour of positivity, support, and growth – and some of the best hours of the week!

This has been a really good experience for me . It has jump started my wish to get back in shape. Emilio is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I had hip pain which has totally disappeared since I started this training. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to feel healthy and get in shape.

I've been training at LFS for almost 2 months now and can't believe how fast it's gone by. I joined because I wanted to maintain my physical health and get stronger and the support and guidance I've received have been superb. I've met all 4 of the trainers there and they are all awesome- super nice, experienced and supportive during training. The workouts prepared for me are fun, interesting and effective (aka tough!) and scheduling sessions is easy and flexible. I always feel good afterwards and can't recommend LFS enough! Thanks guys! LFS has been my home for working out since early 2023 and I couldn't be more happier about my experience. My goals included building strength and muscle while being careful after recovering from a herniated disc. All of the trainers that I've worked with have been extremely cautious and caring with movements and exercises that we work through. This training facility is unique in that it is a truly 1-on-1 personalized approach to fitness. The space is well equipped, clean, and private. I recently had a great boxing workout here! There is also access to a squat rack, dumbbells and kettlebells, and more- all the classics that you need to become strong and healthy! Highly recommend training here with one of their skilled personal trainers!

Great studio personalized for your specific needs. Even if you don't know what you need- it's a great place to start. I first came in with a general goal of getting in better shape. Paul worked with me to set more specific goals and target areas of interest based on my wants/needs. He was very attentive and instructive about form and was happy to answer any questions I had. I love LFS! I am working to get back in shape after a long sedentary period and dealing with chronic pain. I came to LFS to get help with rebuilding strength in a safe way so as not to aggravate my pain, and hopefully heal it.
